7.  Kayak Blocks, by NRS:  Perhaps most popular for their versatility, these two 14″ wide, durable mini cell foam blocks have molded channels that fit over your roof rack bars. The V-shape cradles the hull of your kayak, protecting the boat and helping prevent side slip (see photo below). If you don’t have a roof rack, the Blocks can be placed directly on your vehicle’s roof.  We’ve seen some creative roof racks before (including couch cushions!), and while many of them work, these are an affordable option made for the job (Price: $32.95). Read More

9. Flagship and Captains Varnish: We are constantly asked what varnish we used on our showroom models. The answer is either Flagship Varnish or Captain’s Varnish, both by Pettit. The Flagship combines superior gloss retention and the highest ultra violet protection available.  It can be built up to many coats for a deep, rich mirror-like finish (see photo of the 11′ SUP below).  The
Captain’s Varnish 1015 is highly regarded for its ease of application, outstanding gloss retention and tough yet flexible durability. Both offer a warm, light amber hue. Available Here

Will the Glacier Breeze fit snugly on a Coho?

  2. pygmyweb says:

Yes. They are a very snug fit (almost a challenge to pull on at first but they get easier over time). The size you will need for the Coho is a “Pygmy Large”.
